Weekly wellbeing sessions at your office. Teachers, scheduling, equipment - all handled.
Yoga, Pilates, mindfulness and meditation for London teams. We handle everything – most teams have their first session within a week.

Your team is spending 8 hours a day at a desk. That has consequences.
Tight shoulders. Poor posture. People arriving on Monday already tired from the week before. You’ve probably tried the app, the survey, the wellbeing newsletter. And your team is still tired.
Stress doesn’t shift because someone forwarded a Headspace link. It shifts when people get an hour away from their screens, in their bodies, actually breathing, and come back to their desk feeling like themselves again.
That’s what we do. Corporate yoga, mindfulness sessions and onsite massage, run at your office by the same teachers, every week. We’ve been doing it quietly for 15 years, for companies that take their people seriously.
Every pound you invest in your team's wellbeing returns four.
Through lower absence rates, reduced turnover, and stronger team performance. That is the number you take to your finance team.

Everything your team needs. Nothing for you to organise.
From the first call to the first class, we handle every detail. You make one decision. We handle the rest.
Same teacher, every week
Not a different instructor each time. Your team learns their name. The teacher learns who needs a modification and who wants a challenge. That relationship is what makes people keep coming — and what makes the sessions work.
All levels — no experience needed
We design sessions for real office workers, not athletes. Complete beginners, people who haven’t exercised in years, those with injuries or mobility considerations — all welcome. Chair modifications available. No one feels left behind.
We bring everything
Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters — whatever the session needs. Your team just needs comfortable clothes. There is no kit budget, no storage requirement, nothing to set up. We arrive, run the class, pack everything away.
45–60 minutes, fits your schedule
Lunchtime, end of day, or early morning — we work around your team’s schedule and your office layout. Weekly or bi-weekly. Most teams settle into a rhythm quickly and start protecting the slot like any other meeting.
Also need Yoga Mats?
Need yoga or exercise mats for your session?
We can provide them too. Get in touch and we’ll arrange everything.

HYBRID & ONLINE
We reach your whole team.
The live class can be streamed to colleagues working from home. Sessions can also be recorded and shared afterwards so anyone who couldn’t attend live can catch up. Add-on packages available for large online groups.
LOCATION
Any space in your workplace.
Classes run in meeting rooms, waiting areas, canteens, or a balcony (weather permitting). Short on space? We adapt to a chair yoga format that works entirely seated — no mat or floor space needed.
MAT SUPPLY
Nobody needs to bring a thing.
We supply high-quality mats for your class — available to rent or purchase in multiples. Your team just shows up in comfortable clothes. Get in touch and we’ll share the options that suit your group size.
We advise on what will land best with your team.
Some teams need a wind-down. Some need to move and reset. Some want something that feels like a proper workout. We ask the right questions on the discovery call and match you with the right style and the right teacher.
Slow, grounding, foundational.
The most popular choice for teams new to yoga. Slower pace, held postures, clear guidance. Excellent for stress relief, posture correction, and teams where fitness levels vary widely. Works for all ages and abilities.
Breath-linked movement. Energising.
A flowing sequence that links breath to movement. More dynamic than Hatha — good for teams who want a lunchtime reset that leaves them feeling like they’ve actually moved. Still accessible; just a little more active.
No mat needed. Works anywhere.
Designed for smaller offices, teams with mobility considerations, or anyone who can’t easily get to the floor. Sequences are done seated or standing. Surprisingly effective, and often a gateway into regular yoga.
Calm the nervous system. Reset the week.
For teams navigating a demanding period — a product launch, a restructure, a quarter-end push. Guided breathwork and mindfulness combined with gentle movement. Particularly effective as a Friday session or MHAW offering.

Cinzia’s path into yoga came through holistic health — she trained first as an energy field practitioner, then as a holistic massage therapist, before graduating into yoga and mindfulness teaching. She holds specialist qualifications in yoga and mindfulness for Autism and ADHD, as well as yoga for children with special needs. Since joining Creative Wellness she has become part of the management team, bringing particular expertise in breathwork, sound healing, and somatic practice. Her philosophy is rooted in accessibility: she actively challenges the idea that yoga requires flexibility or fitness, focusing instead on presence and simple practices that have a real impact on everyday wellbeing.
