General

Ongoing Classes

Creative Wellness will issue an invoice for classes scheduled during the first calendar month. Invoices are then issued on a rolling monthly basis and sent at the beginning of each month for the total cost of that months scheduled classes.
Where a set block / number of classes is scheduled: Creative Wellness will issue an invoice for the agreed number of classes, prior to the first class. If further blocks of classes are then subsequently scheduled, invoices will similarly be issued prior to the first class of the new block.
Class cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full cost unless there is a mutually convenient rearrangement agreed during the same week with the teacher.
Where class cancellations are made prior to 24 hours, the lesson will be rescheduled without further charge with any payments already received credited to the clients account. No refunds are issued.
In the event the client wishes to cancel any further classes any payments already received will be held on account for future use, for a maximum of 12 months. No refunds are issued.
Invoices are payable within 30 days and prices may be reviewed on an annual basis.

One-Off Classes and Bespoke Workshops

Upon final agreement for the session or workshop, an invoice for the total agreed cost will be issued, payable within 30 days.
Postponement and rearrangement of the workshop less than 48 hours prior to the start time may be subject to an administration charge of 20% of the agreed session fee at the discretion of Creative Wellness. No refund is offered for any fees already received and any fees received are credited to your account until the workshop can be rearranged. Postponement and rearrangement of the workshop more than 48 hours prior to the start time incurs no fee.
Full cancellation of the workshop with no rearrangement less than 24 hours prior to the start time will incur the full cost. Full cancellation of the workshop less than 48 hours prior to the start time will incur a charge of 50% of the agreed session fee. Where full cancellations are made more than 48 hours prior to the start time, all monies will be refunded minus any event related expenditure on materials and a discretionary 20% administration fee.

Chair Massage

Complete cancellation of the therapists session with no proposal for rearrangement less than 24 hours prior to the start time will incur the full cost.
Cancellation of the therapists session with no proposal for rearrangement between 24 and 48hrs prior to the start time will incur a 25% charge.
Transferring to another date within 24 hrs of start time will incur a 65% charge, unless mutually agreed otherwise with Creative Wellness and the therapist.

Retreats and Intensives

Retreats and intensives must be paid 8 weeks in advance. Cancellation with less than 4 weeks notice will incur the full fee.

Geographical Availability and Prices

The prices on the website are applicable to provision of services with London zones 1-2. We also regularly provide services outside this area – including other cities but any bookings outside zones 1-2 may incur an additional travel fee.

Cancellation and Availability

Richard Brook – Creative Wellness cannot be held responsible for a particular class or teacher becoming unavailable. If a teacher becomes unavailable we will ensure, where practically possible, that they are replaced by another teacher. Where this is not possible, or where a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a credit for the cancelled class to be rescheduled. For events, conferences or retreats any received payments will be refunded.

Mat Supply

Any hired mats remain the property of Richard Brook – Creative Wellness at all times.
The supply of mats for any event or scheduled class is contingent on them being stored on the business premises between classes, and will be collected when scheduled classes cease.
Any lost mats are subject to a £10 charge.
