The therapist moves around the office, giving 10-15 minute seated massages at each person’s desk. No appointment needed. Employees opt in as the therapist circulates. Works in open-plan offices of any size.

Desk Massage
During desk massage the therapist moves around the office space offering in situ massage lasting 10-15 mins whilst the recipient remains seated. No appointment is necessary – if the employee feels they have time and space to receive they can go ahead, and if not the therapist continues moving around the office.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, and occasionally and hands. It is a system used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body. This is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques without the use of oil or lotion.

Do employees need to remove any clothing?
No. All our treatments are done fully clothed. There’s nothing for employees to bring or prepare. They just turn up.
How much space do you need?
Desk massage needs around 1m x 1.5m near a workstation. Chair massage needs a quiet corner or small meeting room — think a space with room for a chair and the therapist to move around it. Reflexology needs a chair and a footstool.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We’ve confirmed sessions with as little as 24 hours notice. For larger teams or specific dates, a week or two ahead gives us more flexibility. Either way, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Do you cover outside London?
Yes. We cover London and UK-wide. Get in touch with your location and we’ll confirm availability.
Can we book a one-off session or does it have to be recurring?
Either works. A lot of companies start with a one-off to see how the team responds, then book regularly from there. There’s no minimum commitment.
How many people can one therapist see in a day?
For desk massage, one therapist can see around 4-6 people per hour. For chair or reflexology, it’s 3-4 per hour. For larger teams we bring multiple therapists. Just tell us your team size and we’ll work out the right setup.
